Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want Furniture Store Autopilot to be a clear, fair deal. This policy explains refunds and cancellations for Comfort Living's software subscriptions and services.
1. Monthly subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and you can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops your next charge.
- 14-day satisfaction window: if you are not happy within the first 14 days of your first paid month, contact us and we'll refund that first month in full.
- After the first 14 days, monthly fees already billed are non-refundable, but you can cancel to avoid future charges and you keep access through the end of the period you paid for.
2. Done-With-You setup fee
- The one-time $5,000 setup fee is refundable in full if you cancel before setup work begins.
- Once setup work has started, the setup fee is refundable on a prorated basis for work not yet performed.
3. Advertising spend
Money you spend on advertising platforms (such as Facebook or Google) is paid directly to those platforms and is not refundable by us.
4. How to request a refund or cancel
Email info@comfortlivingla.com or call (323) 470-5996 with your business name and the email on your account. We'll confirm and process eligible refunds to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
