These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Furniture Store Autopilot software, websites, and related services (the "Service"), operated by Comfort Living ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 11420 Long Beach Blvd, Lynwood, CA 90262, United States. By submitting a demo request, creating an account, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Furniture Store Autopilot is a software and services platform for furniture retailers. Depending on the plan you select, it may include lead capture and follow-up automation, AI assistant messaging, a customer database (CRM), reporting, marketing tools, and optional done-with-you setup and strategy services.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (including Stripe). By providing payment information, you agree to the applicable processor's terms. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund the current period except as described in our Refund Policy.
Revenue figures and growth examples describe the owner's own furniture store and are provided for illustration. They are not a promise or guarantee of the results you will achieve.
The Service, its software, and its content are owned by Comfort Living and licensed to you for your business use during your subscription. You retain ownership of your own customer data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is," and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
